• Technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, device information, and usage logs collected automatically when you access our services

• Communication data when you contact us via email or the contact form on our website

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the MYSAR platform and related services

• Process institution registrations and demo requests

• Send transactional communications, service updates, and support responses

• Improve the platform through usage analytics and feedback

• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest. We maintain strict access controls to ensure only authorised personnel can access personally identifiable information.

We retain your data for as long as your institution's account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon termination of your subscription, we will retain data for a period of 90 days before permanent deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@casbiro.com.

We may share your information with:

• Service providers who assist us in operating the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery), bound by confidentiality agreements

• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by applicable Indian law

We do not share student personal data with third parties except as described above.

MYSAR uses essential cookies necessary for the platform to function (e.g., session authentication). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

MYSAR is a B2B platform used by educational institutions. Student data — including data of minors — is entered and managed by authorised institution staff under the institution's responsibility. We process such data solely on behalf of the institution as a data processor.

Institutions are responsible for obtaining any required consents from parents or guardians in accordance with applicable laws.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you

• Request correction of inaccurate data

• Request deletion of your data

• Object to or restrict certain processing activities
